And yet, here I am awake. I sleep soon?

I'm almost finished packing in VA, and will be heading back to TX soon. For almost a year. Hmm. Dunno how I feel about it, still.

So, also, I've a show in DC on the 25th of October. Address to follow, probably in my LJ more than here. It's a Halloween haunted house and art showing. Halloweeny creepy crawly art. It'll be awesome, especially since I'm not the only one in it. Otherwise, it'd suck.

I need to... shut up and go to bed. I'm losing eye capability.

Does Texas HAVE cold? I felt some significant coolness while it was rainy season back in June but since, it wasn't until I came back to VA that I got a good dose of cold. Of course, I will miss the snow. I like my snow. *sad* Are you a Texas native, then?

Texas occasionally has cold... but not snow. It's sad.

And yeah, I'm a Texas native. Not sure if I'll stay here all my life, though. After college... who knows? Hopefully I'll get out of here.

One might hope that you find the spot your feet and your nose call home... I know I haven't yet, though Scotland was close.

Where abouts in that most massive of states do you rattle about? I haven't seen 90% of it, being wee when I left Port Arthur at the age of 3, and being confined by work to the Dallas metro area at the current age of 24.

Ah! Horrendous place, yes. I would rather be in a lake district, or hell... even the desert has beauty. Dallas and surrounds... merely seem suburban.

No, that counts as surrounds. DFW/Plano/Richardson/Allen/McKinney. Only after that do you end up in country without urbanization, until Sherman. Westward from Dallas... it's even worse. O.o

Of course, my experience is limited. Perhaps you could enlighten me as to glories I've not yet seen in the Northeast of this Massive Republic.
